  Really really bad customer service, especially supervisor. They can't even make a wire transfer. Supervised doesn't understand what's going on there and can wish you a wonderful day.

  Customer service manager always her phone on answering machine, she never returns calls and you have to go personally, and she will say I'm busy, and I still do't know where is my wire transfer since 2 weeks now!!!

  Outrageously poor service. What I requested was not done and not followed up on. Stay away from this branch at all cost!

  Worst ever bank you could ever see! you open a euro account with them to receive wire transfers in Euro currency, then this will be converted to Canadian without the customer knowledge by their correspondent bank and when they receive it in Canadia they do the double conversion and convert it back to Euros since your account is a Euro account.
