    It happened a year ago and I was prepared to let it go but they had the gall to keep spamming me with their "reminders" for those special occasions when I NEVER signed up on their newsletters or mailing list when I ordered online so I decided to write this review to share my experience to let everybody know that their services are not all perfect and glorious despite all those rosy reviews. And I won't even be able to get any exchanges or refunds from them because it is sympathy flowers for funerals; it is publicly displayed for all to see and I only get one shot to get it right. Of course I would never order from them again but constantly receiving spams from them prodding me to buy more from them when they have totally let me down with their outrageously poor service that they provided just adds more insult to injury.

    Epilogue: Well I am even more comforted to read from the owner's response that they even doubt my experience. LOL Fine, you want details of my order? My order was in the care of Nancy and I ordered TWO bouquet of Sympathy flowers, Heavenly Heights for me, and Loving Lilies and Roses for my friend. Maybe because my friend's bouquet was more expensive than mine hence the difference in quality of service. Anyhow, there is nothing you could've done to make this right. Like I said, these are Sympathy flowers for a Funeral. There is no 2nd chance to make a 1st impression. I cannot ask my relative to die again for me to resend better flowers. LOL And I NEVER subscribed to your mailing list in the 1st place. WHY spam me?

    My cousins (who lives in Pointe-Clare) father in law passed away so I wanted to send his wife some flowers. The only problem is I live in the UK. Not a problem for Terrafolia they did everything I asked for to perfection. Thank you so much.

    I am happy for all who have received wonderful service from them but I just want to share one of the most horrible experience with online flower-ordering service from them (it's on occasions like this that makes me doubt the authenticity of Google Reviews). I ordered flowers online from them at around the beginning of January in 2017 to be delivered to a funeral home with messages. I ordered TWO bouquets of flowers one for myself and another on behalf of my friend (after reading all the rave reviews here on Google Reviews). I asked BOTH of them to be delivered to the funeral home the next day in the morning (I even specified a time for them to be delivered in my ordering instructions because it was for an early-morning service). They only delivered my friend's bouquet and never delivered mine until an hour later, at the very last minute when the funeral was about to start. I almost had to call them to find out to follow up until I spotted this delivery person and he almost was going to deliver my flowers to the wrong room. I didn't even get a chance to check out the flowers when they had to hastily put it on display before the ceremony. Until after the funeral I discovered that they gave me absolutely the WORST flowers that you could possibly have. It looked NOTHING like how they advertised on their website, it was just a small scantily bunch of flowers that didn't even fill out the vase and the flowers were almost wilting with the petals all drooping and spots on them; I mean you can see they didn't make any effort in making my bouquet well and just grabbed whatever was left in their inventory and strapped them together and delivered them and still charging me for the full price. Third, what's even more embarrassing was they made a mistake on their message in that they made the condolence message about somebody who's still ALIVE, the living widow when I gave them the EXACT wording of what I want to put on the message with EXACT spelling (I double-checked) and I had to pay extra for the message and this is what they did; obviously they didn't give a care. It was a good thing that I was able to change the message on the card before the widow had a chance to read it. Among all the flowers on display there, my flowers was the ugliest, the most pathetic looking in that entire room. Needless to say, I never recommended them to any of my relatives and friends there at the funeral and nobody asked me and I never would in the future.

    I was hesitant about ordering flowers online for delivery at first but Terrafolia exceeded my expectation. The customer service is 5 stars and the bouquets are so beautiful! They were really kind and helpful when I had any questions, will definetly recommend them to everyone. Thank You!
