  This store shouldn't even get 1 star , everything in the store is very cheap and low quality even its just to buy a cheap wire it will only last a month before it stops working... they sold my girlfriend a fake usb that was supposed to be 32 gigs but when tested it only held 500 mbs , also had no kingston serial number on it like all kingston flash drives do , they refused to take it back until I said I know its a fake and not a real kingston , they then tried to give me another of the same flash drive but made them test it first and 4 in a row were exactly the same . the guy behind the counter then said to me he knew they were fake in the first place.... so why try and sell them and scam people??, the customer service is HORRIBLE! they are always very rude even when asking questions before buying something Don't waste your time or money going here go somewhere like Addison where its better quality stuff and better customer service... I have been going to this store for a few years to buy little things and some times expensive stuff but I refuse to go back here because there is no point its a waste of time and money , I dare anyone to try and return anything to this store

  If you can't wait for shipping on eBay or Amazon you might find what your looking for here but expect to pay alot more.

  They generally don't take returns, but they will replace defective items without any hassle. Staff are friendly.

  I am some one who is in constant need of electrical supplies, and this store some times comes in handy. However, most of the staff I have ask for help do not know what they are doing. More than once I have gone there ask if they carried a specific part, they would tell me they do not carry such an item and five minutes later I will find it. Which brings me to my next point, after finding the part with no help, half the time, it is over priced. The thing that stoped me from giving a one start review is that it comes in handy every now and then and is shorter shorter distance to drive than Addison Électronique, which has more selection and people who don't mind putting in five minute of effort for you.

  If I could put a fraction of a star I would. The manager/owner whatever he is, is a complete and total idiot. The employees are nice, on the other hand. Almost everything worth a lot of money is not sealed, so when you go to return it, chances are you’ll end up with a store credit, instead of a reimbursement which legally customers are entitled to, because he will say that it was opened, when it was not necessarily. I’m surprised that store is in business simply because of the Neanderthal that is running it. I would highly suggest not going there if you are not 100% sure that you are going to keep what you bought. If you can go to any other store, I recommend that!
