  This gentleman had his headphones on all the time, I think he didn't hear what I wanted or it looked that way. The hair cut is bad and the back of the neck is not straight. Not with him again.

  I asked for the price of hair cut for my children the lady said 17 CAD they started the work and then after sometime the lady at the bar came back and said they spent more time it is now 25 CAD the kids asked the barber for a design it is 10 more !!!! The owner was respectful and she honored the 17 in a very polite way but I decided to pay the 25 she left then the lady at the reception ignored me when I was trying to pay and in a disrespectful way she told me the barber will take the money the barber then told me it is 57 !!! I told him no he said I punch it I didn’t know ... you have to pay .. they called the owner she confirmed my story then another one came and said this is the last time .. wow they are threatening me and my kids excellent job ... but then what to expect from a ....any way long story short make sure you ask first because you might be fooled and don’t let your kids decide on their own because they take advantage of them and you will end up paying more it is definitely my last time it is a pity how good they treat you in the beginning then everything changes when you don’t agree with them. To the lady owner you are a respectful person but you gone have to chose better employees that deserve to work for you thanks

  I've came to this barbershop shop a few times. I thought i found my barber (nick). When i called Monday morning to make sure they had a spot available they told me yes. I asked specifically for my barber and they confirmed with me that he will be available by the time i arrive. I came in and my barber took a random walk-in as i came in for my appointment. I explained that i had an appointment with Nick. They minimized the situation and said it was a misunderstanding. They told me it was not considered an appointment and in 10mins 10 ppl could walk-in... (it was 10 30am on a Monday morning).They did not care one bit that i called to confirmed an appointment because i was heading there on my lunch hour. Totally unprofessional and i can assure you that this place has lost a regulare (cut and beard every 2 weeks).
